I have been to Togo..In fact, is is my FAVORITE African country. The President, unlike most, is an individual who is concerned for the people. As far as any unemmployment rates for the country, I have NEVER... NEVER seen any listed in ANY of teh world almanacs or otherwise.. They just list it as a NA%. From what I saw when I was there, I would have to say that the unemployment was not noticeably high.
